Festival organized by the Houston Northwest  Chamber of Commerce promotes the parks, museums, visual and performing arts and other community resources in the Cypress Creek area. Attractions include hands-on projects, artist demonstrations, concerts, literacy activities and more. Hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at various locations such as Collins Park, Barbara Bush Library, the Centrum, the Cypress Creek Christian Community Center and the Pearl Fincher Museum of Fine Arts.
